Anybody with the electronic door openers and live in the snowbelt should be exorcising their key in the door lock. A bit of oil and you are good. That door lock can seize up pretty tight and become useless

Mine froze also....snow ice,driver side. Melted in day refroze at night...i guess graphite or a little light oil will solve the problem.
