no issues with leaf spring bolts right? Old gens you had to cut one of the leaf bolts out because of the way it was oriented. I havent looked at these.

Yes I cut both the front bolts out and replaced them with new ones . (You actually get them with the Deavers), but I got the genuine ford ones as the nuts are very different and have an integrated washer too. The one on the drivers side sits up next to the gas tank and the one on the passenger side comes up against the exhaust. Rather than mess about I just took a grinder cut off wheel to them. Oh and I cut about 3/8" off of the length of the one on the gas tank side as it literally touched the tank in the other way round, which would not be good after some vibration. Simple enough to resolve though.

We have a pallet full of Gen2 +3 Deavers arriving to our warehouse this Friday. These have been backordered for months! Message us if you're looking for a set.

The truck will ride better both on-road and off-road. If you're doing bump stops, I'd recommend adding the leaf springs as well.

If you'd like a quote for springs and those ADD Bump Stops you mentioned, we'd be happy to help get you setup!

Hi. Are you able to add an extra leaf(s) to the existing factory ones? I ask because I Just had Geiser Springs added to the front and now the rear sags by 1”. Goal is to add 37s. The front would still require cutting back the fender to the metal. Also, is there another alternative? Would Collars work on Geisers for more lift along with additional springs in rear?

I recommend taking the deavers apart to have them sandblasted. They rust extremely fast. I’m waiting to pick mine up from the blaster and will paint them with steel-it coating vs powder coating.

Better? Can you describe how it’s better? I love the stock ride on the street, will it help it in terms of comfort? Or keep the comfort the same?
I don’t doubt that it’s better Offroad, but I don’t want to sacrifice any on road performance and comfort.

Also I’m guessing towing performance improves and there is less sag when towing?

And I see guys reporting wheel hop. I do notice that but could never put it into words until now. Glad I opened this thread and know what it is
