Only what has been approved by Apple. Twitter isn't, mostly music/audio apps.

I don't use twitter but you have a better chance of it working if you have an Android phone. The sync doesn't play well with Apple and you're limited to the apps you can use with an iPhone.

You can barely use Spotify on it. It stopped working for me a week after I got my truck. So I have to connect via Bluetooth.

I hate it after when connected..it maxes out my phone volume..I kinda have it disabled now..
