That happened near the end of 2017. I ordered on Dec 20th, and by Dec 27th both base price and delivery had gone up.

If you have a sticker, they shouldn't. My dealer told me when I ordered at MSRP, MSRP is what is on the sticker since he didnt know when he would get his allocation.

At the time of order I had a build Sheet with an msrp on it and made an agreement based on that. Sticker wasn’t available. That raised msrp since then.

This happened last year too. My dealer kept the price at the MSRP before the increase even though his cost went up.
