I'm getting this crazy side pain on the right leg. It seems to be from the side bolster and it's making my IT Band really sore and achy. Maybe it's just me and I'm getting old (39). But cannot get comfortable in the drivers seat to save my life. Anyone else?

Try tilting your seat forward, works for me on long haul trips and I'm way older than you.
There are some websites that talk about proper seat positioning distances from steering wheel, pedals, etc. they may have more info.

I agree that these are incredibly comfortable seats, better than most vehicles I've owned and certainly more comfortable than any aircraft seats I've ever sat in. That said, I have bad knees and a bad back so I'm often a little uncomfortable after a longer stint behind the wheel. For me, that's true of any vehicle though.

One thing I did recently that I've found helpful, is to save two different seat positions so I can easily vary my position. Position 1 has me sitting fairly high and upright (generally my preferred position when driving a truck/SUV). Position 2 has me sitting a little lower and more reclined. With the memory seats, you can get multiple positions nicely dialed in (including pedals, steering wheel, mirrors and seat) and easily toggle between them to reduce fatigue. You can't recall a different position with the vehicle in drive, but if you bump it into neutral then press the memory recall button, you can shift back into drive while the seat is still moving.
