For all my troubles.....

Finally got my truck back last week after a little over 5 weeks out of service waiting for a part....the Tier 2 rep that was working my case emailed me saying they want to offer me the 5 yr/ 75K mile PremiumCare Extended Service Plan for my troubles....haven't really looked it over in detail but certainly not a bad thing, and it's transferable.....

2 pieces of good news, after the downtime debacle. your truck is back in your hands and Ford is trying to make it right.
