Ordered 5/17 @ MSRP in Memphis TN @ Landers
Silver SCrew, 802a, beadlocks, carbon, tech, tailgate step.
Supposed to be first in line at the dealer, who had allocations in the mid teens last year.
Hoping that the order gets picked up within the first 6 weeks of production for a September delivery.
As an aside, I was going to buy at a different dealer since this one had screwed my order up last year, but on Tuesday the sales manager at the place I was working with called me up and said they were going to ask $10k over this year. I laughed and told him good luck with that.
Why do they do stupid shit like that?
Salesman: "I've got a sure sale here at MSRP, and all we've got to do is write it up. The guy is pissed at our competition, so we couldn't screw this one up if we tried."
Sales Manager: "Hold my beer and hand me the phone."
