2017 used pricing

Im looking at 2 used ones that are fully loaded .One is private seller asking 63k with 3500 miles and the other is a dealer 66k w 11k miles. Whats a fair offer to present?

I paid $72k loaded up super crew with 0 miles on it. Why would you buy either of these?

Those prices are higher then if the rig was new in 2011. Look around... When I bought my 2010 (6.2) new, it was only $48600...
