I'm down for that -- the biggest limitation is the requirement for ALL patrons to have a pass from the Jackson Guard. That is problematic for two reasons.

1. You have to physically travel to Niceville/Valparaiso to get your pass...limited hours + time commitment.

2. Everybody who wants to go (significant others, friends, etc.) also need a pass.

It isn't that expensive but it's involves some jumping through hoops. I have been on the range numerous times in an official capacity but if you are there for leisure you need the pass. I am fairly certain there are speed limits as well but I tend to stay under 40 mph, especially when riding the deep, sandy powerline roads.
