I am at 50,000 miles right now. Still no luck getting the light to go off. I drove about 100 miles since relearning the sensors again and setting the tires at 45psi. Light is still on.

Thanks for replying, FvilleRaptor. I'm going to continue to monitor this thread to see if you decide to get this into the hands of your dealer. Once they've looked things over, I'll be able to research some ways to help.

I appreciate that. I do plan to take it to the dealer. I just have to make some time. Only issue I have with taking truck to dealer is they don't provide loaner cars which is hard for me be issue I do a lot of driving. It annoys me because every other car maker or dealer gives one. My Raptor is the only one I can't get a loaner for.

Well I went to the dealer today and they were horrible. They said they could not do anything. They checked the system and said everything was fine. They told me my light was going off because I have bigger tires on the truck. I asked them about all the brand-new trucks they have sitting on the lot that have aftermarket rims and tires and they said that the light goes off on those as well which I know is ********. I got an appointment at a local tire shop again next week to get all new sensors again and see if that makes a difference. I wish there was just a way to disable the system.

It's not your sensors. I just put 37's on my truck with no issues. You can have the dealership hook their handheld programmer up to your truck and they can disable the TPMS program. Don't let them tell you that they can't. New sensors should fix the issue but have the tire shop try to reprogram the existing ones first. It may just be one bad sensor, so if your guy is cool, let them change one at a time and retest as they go.

Good luck!!!

The weird thing is the sensors are pairing with the truck. When I first got them I had one sensor that was bad and would not pair with the truck so I had that one replaced. Now they all pair and it says training complete. But when I turn the truck back on the light comes back on and says that there is a low tire. I have them at 44psi. These are new sensors that I bought with the new wheels and tires. Now when I say I am going to get new sensors I actually misspoke, I am actually going to take the old tires to the shop and have the original sensors taken out and put in.

So it is actually possible to just have the system completely disabled?

I'm thinking that the sensor you replaced is reading but the truck is not recognizing the sensor I.d. Every sensor has it's own I.d. And if the truck does not recognize it you can go through the entire relearn process and still have a light. Maybe the Ford rep can chime in and help but most dealerships have their "dealer specific" scan tool. If there is a way where you can up load the sensor I.d. While plugged into the obd2 port. I know gm, Toyota, Lexus, and a few others have this technology.

Here's what I did on the wife's car since we have road race tires, drag set up, and street tires. I took the sensors out of the wheels. Bought a 8" long piece of 2" pvc drilled a hole in the side. Put a regular valve stem in the hole. Put all 4 sensors in the pvc and capped both ends. Aired it up 35psi and strapped it with Velcro in the trunk. Problem solved I don't need something telling me to check my air pressure I've been doing it for 30+ years.

You may want to inquire what the system says your tire pressures are to be set at. I have a tuner, and have adjusted the tire pressure to 40 psi. Your system may think that a tire is low at 44 psi. This is just a guess, though. It sounds like the pressure in your tires are ok, but the system is looking for a higher/lower pressure value. It's been so long since I ran my tires at factory psi that I don't remember what that psi is. If all of your sensors are good, and the system shows relearn is ok, that really can be the only issue. I thought about disarming my system once, too, but it is a nice fail-safe feature that could save a tire or a fender.....

My values have not been changed so it should be the same as it was before at 44. I will see what the other local shop can do next week. But overall I would not mind just disabling the system. Is that something that can only be done at the dealer? Or can I get a tool or take to a timer shop and have them disable it?
