I'm thinking of getting new 20x9 method race rims and 37x13.5 Patriot tires. My question is, would my tires rub even though my truck is leveled? Feedback would be great thank you!

You'll definitely get some rubbing. The +18 will help but hammering pinch welds are going to be a must.

And you don't have to listen to me but I'd pass on the patriot tires. They're super heavy and balance like ovals. I think they're better suited for big heavy diesel and 3/4 & 1 ton trucks.
