Still trying decide if I like the tread. I don't think this will be in the same class as the R/T or the cooper. This will have the Severe Weather/Snowflake symbol. The R/T barely has any sipes. The RT is more attractive in my opinion though. I'd say the ST Maxx and The RT are in the same class but this is closer to the Duratrac class

stands for Road Touring, meaning its an all season tire. Its in the middle of a street tire and All Terrain.

T/A means traction Advantage, what that exactly means I do not know.

I don't think Toyo is referring to it as a Road Touring tire. It's in between the AT and MT. More aggressive than an AT but less aggressive than a full blown MT. Kinda how the Copper ST Maxx is in between the LTZ and STT
