Method center caps

I have method standards, just curious if anyone has had success chopping the center caps down so they are flush and don't stick out so far.

My new wheels and tires but not a fan of the center caps sticking out so far.

I've seen a thread about that on here.

Haven't heard anything about cutting the stock caps down. If you really want the clean look I would recommend searching for Vince's thread about his custom CNC machined caps that sit flush. I ordered a set, just waiting on them to arrive.

I heard about chopping them and actually thought about it myself when they were new. . Some guys can't figure in the cost of the CNC caps but quality at $50 more per wheel is beneficial enough for me. Mine are on order too, I suggest looking into them as well. You can color coordinate and custom engrave anything he can fit on the cap. That's where method slacked to keep the cost down per wheel I'm sure.
