We've personally had bad luck with Chinese and Korean private label tires. We used to sell them if people would request them but there were too many ride complaints that we decided to stay away from them in general. Not all of them were bad but plenty were and it wasn't worth the time or money to pick them up and start claims with the mfgr.

With other mainstream brands starting around $1200 I'd say it isn't worth it to save $300.

Never heard of that brand before but do heard some Chinese tires getting ripped easily.

Nexen is a Korean brand, and I can say that it is a decent mud tire. I got the Roadian MT's from nexen tires - 4wheelonline.com for my JK. These tires have good traction off the road and clean out very well, although sidewalls are not the best.
