I'm running 17x8.5 method standards with 0 offset.

TireRack is $1168 plus shipping then mount and balance if not ordering them with wheels.

I have 42k on mine now, they still have some life in them but are getting too noisy for me. I think I could get close to 50k them if I kept them. I rotated them every 5-6k. Otherwise I love the tires, but want to get something quieter this time around.
