GEN 1 Gen 2 wheels on a Gen 1

I just pulled the trigger and bought Gen 2 non beadlock wheels for my Gen 1. Will be installing this weekend.

about to do the same on my Gen 1. What about the tire pressure sensors? Did you have to get new ones?

The gen 1 and gen 2 valve stem attachment is different. In other words you cannot attach a gen 1 sensor to a gen 2 valve stem and vice verse.

Looking at doing this, do the gen2 sensors still send the pressure signal to the gen1 computer?

I have no issues and I just made switch about two weeks ago to some gen 2 wheels
