So I am going to post this because the entire thread here was about our lack of customer service.
We are now a month past when return labels were sent. Customers have new products in their hands and they were sent pre paid labels.... to on avail they will not respond to emails or anything now.... product has not been sent back... so even when we send labels the customers still dont send the product back....
This is why we required in the past for customer to send the product back before new stuff is sent...
Amazing how we are the bad guys yet we are the ones getting screwed out of free products. ....
Sorry for the rant but it is only fair to question the situation.
