After great feedback on appearance, we have folks asking for more details on the Baja Coyote front bumper, so here is something we put together with images for all to view.

Okay, so we have some cool things going on here with this bumper. Everything we concentrated on had to be unique, but solid and useful. Here we will give a good run down on everything that makes this bumper as awesome as it looks.

Let's start off with the tube structure. We have combined this bumper with several different tube sizes. The main contour tube is a 2" .120 wall mild steel and the main skid tubing is a 1 1/2" .120 wall mild steel. The angle this bumper was designed to set at allows the max amount of space in front for a great approach. The main upper tube has a tight radius to the Raptor's front valence and gives off an excellent streamline look.

Something different we decided to add are the split valences on each side of the bumper. Thick, but flexible, these plastic panels will stand up to hard hits from rocks, or branches coming your way. They are applied directly to the main upper radius tube with solid stainless rivets. All valences come branded with "Baja Coyote" unless custom ordered.

For the Skid plate you will see we have the 1/8" aluminum skid running from top to bottom with curved contour. Comes standard with a cutout for a 20" LED and finished in Satin Black.

Our mounting configurations for this cut-frame bumper is a bit different than the others out here. You will notice in the images that we designed a new mounting system with a set of adaptor brackets which serve as a fresh, new fastening area for the bumper. This was designed with the key factors of adjustable fitment and reinforced strength. We have 6 nut clips and 6 bolts for the adaptor brackets and 8 bolts, washers and nuts from the adaptor to the bumper. The frame horn adaptor mounts are made of 3/16" steel and the bumper horns are 1/8" boxed with a 3/16" base plate. To top it off, in the near future keep an out for our extension that allows you to mount your stock Raptor front bumper back to its original location. Everything in this kit is 100% bolt on. No welding required.

When it comes to lighting, we wanted to make it as versatile as possible. The Baja Coyote front bumper will come standard with a 20" LED light mount behind the skid plate and a mounting configuration on the upper push bar providing mounts for either HID's of different sizes or up to 10 Rigid Dually LED's.

After each bumper is out of production, we have them finished in a 3 stage powder coat. The three stages are phosphorous dip, zinc primer then powder coat. All bumpers will come standard with tubing in textured black and finish paneling in satin black.

We had the privilege of having our Apollo Optics booth next to Baja Coyote at Raptoberfest and we got to look at this badass bumper and truck all weekend long. That bumper looks even better in person! Great meeting you too, Kirk!

Also any pictures without the push bar does it stay flush with the truck without the lighting options?

As of now we do not have any images of the front bumper with the 40" RDS. We are currently making one for a customer and we will post images once he sends them over. The bumpers we have in stock all come standard with the front push bar. But yes the radius tube in front will be extremely clean and flush with the front valance without the light tabs. Here is an image taken yesterday at the Off-Road Expo in the KMC Wheels booth with the cubed lights on the front bumper.
