SuperCharger

I need some help, can any mechanic fit a supercharger or dose it need a good one to make it work and to get the best of it ? 2nd if I take it out will the engine be the same or it might harm the engine ? thanks ProCharger Systems for the 2009 Ford F-150

a mildly handy person could install a supercharger in an afternoon. any decent mechanic could easily handle the job. the difficult part is the tuning which should be done by a reputable shop with good references(a bad tune job can ruin your truck). secondly, you can remove the SC and revert to stock tuning no problem.

as long as it's kept cool by means of it's cooling system...?

thanks, I really don't know anything when it comes to Superchargers and turbos .
