Hey Guys,
So have ordered the Stage 2 590HP supercharger kit from Roush for my 2013.
Was planning on doing whole exhaust from headers all the way to tail pipe.
Roush was telling me that the Kooks headers + Cat Y pipe does not play nice with their custom PCM programming in the stage 2 kit. Said I would have to get it tuned separately and they were not really advising such.
They are recommending just go with their exhaust catback system.
So I guess that's the way I'm going... keeping factory headers and y pipe / cats on.
Anyone get this configuration to work?

Actually going with the "Raptor in a box" option from Roush.
Includes the Stage 2 supercharger, full catback exhaust, boost gauge and boost gauge pod plus some decals I dont care for at all
