My tuner came in and I received the tunes but still no intake. Would it be ok to run the tunes without the intake, or am I better off waiting for it?
Safe to run Tune for CAI without one?

Yes what @2014RubyRed said. Plus it may cause it to either run too lean since it thinks it's supposed to be getting more air with the aftermarket CIA.
