You till have my attention from the Facebook post. Im waiting on some long term results The will be next if your tuner hit the nail on the head with this .

I have the advantage of getting to use the tuner that developed the original tuning for Hellion when they were doing R&D. He wrote the base tune but doesn't want to deal with all the different people from other states so someone else does the "fine tuning" for the Hellion sales

^ Nice numbers on 12psi.
I assume these are ~62mm turbos? Stock motor?

I'll be building an interesting setup using two borgwarner EFR7163 turbos here in the next couple months (~57mm but flow 550-600hp each) and it should spool EXTREMELY fast. I'm estimating it will see the 6psi or so I'm looking for at or slightly after 2000rpm. Not sure If I'll run much more, maybe 8psi with **** injection and my shit alaska 90 octane.

I do have some experience building and tuning non turbo things:
like 10 years ago I threw a 62mm turbo in my '97 reg cab step side 5.4 f150. It was noticably quicker, but I think the turbo was slightly smaller. I didn't do too bad for a ~20 year old lol.

I'm running the same EFR on the fiance's STI and it has been proven to spool as fast as stock but with WAY more flow capability - hence why I have two waiting to go on the raptor. See this link: 07 Sti 2.5L EFR7163 0.85 a/r, E85, 535whp / 557wtq by Moore Automotive, Alex Maximov - NASIOC
...dude makes 500+ all wheel torque at 3500rpm, on a 2.5L haha.

I'll be doing all my own fab work and tuning (HPtuners)

57's would have been badass to use in this kit. The 62's are great and the truck doesn't really lack any balls out of the hole but still, a slightly smaller turbo would have been cherry!

Is that 721 elevation adjusted or 721 at elevation?

Pretty sick numbers regardless. My whipple truck did 560 on brand new Toyo MTs.

I was curious about going TT but all the fires scared me off so I went with the tried and true.

That's 721 at elevation. It was tuned where I live, which is a mile high or more, depending on location. I went and chatted with the Hellion guy's and have seen a couple of the trucks running around town and knew that the only way I'd have trouble is if the install was done poorly. That and I have a friend with a Chevy that's a Raptor wannabee, the Predator I think? But his is all done up and supercharged with a license plate that says "rptrkilr".... So ya... I had to do everything in my power to **** his ass! haha

2012 SCrew Raptor, 6.2L, Roush TVS Supercharger, 85mm pulley, 590HP pulley, Stage 2, American Racing long tube headers, y-pipe with hi-flow cats, magnaflow suv/truck muffler. States 3 runs but the computer went out and had to reload saved info. Run 1 was baseline tune and Run 2 is the end result from ES Tuned in Tucson, AZ. The difference is noticeable! I labeled the lines and RPM starts at 3300 for reference.

2011 SCab, 89K miles, Stock, 89 octane

Well we tossed the truck on a bit ago to see what they actually make since we've never had a Raptor on the dyno before. The only thing done to the truck tune wise were throttle and transmission stuff. We played with a little timing and got the fuel better in the lower range. But netted the same power as expected since i'm running 89 octane.

Fuel: 89 octane (it's what I run it it so it's what I want to know what it makes on)
Dyno: Dynojet
Elevation: 387Ft

Looks like no body has really used this thread lol

721 RWHP and 763 FTLB on 12lbs of boost and 91 pump gas. Hellion TT Kit, Bassani Catless Y Pipe, Corsa Extreme Exhaust, JMS Fuel Voltage Booster. On a DynoJet at 5,300' of elevation :)

If you still have this truck would like to see this setup. You install and have Chris dyno?

For the guys wanting dyno info I have Vbox numbers at my elevation for 0-60, 1/8, 1/4 for a 2017 load supercrew and my truck run right after.
