740 horsepower? Really?
PATHETIC!
How about 5,007 dyno verified horsepower?

Of course, on a Raptor that would mean completely redesigned transmission, transfer case, differentials, drive shafts, U-joints, tires...

And then there's the practical question of where and when you could possibly drive the thing to its potential. Oh well, you can't have enough horsepower. Put me down for a quad-turbo V16, please.

Well, it's a long way from a supercar...but as of a week or so ago, I can say it's a hellcat killer.

I just bought my 2014 Raptor and I'm pretty sure it has the same Hellion kit as yours. It's only pushing around 5-6lbs of boost but I have no clue who tuned it. I sent a couple messages to Hellion on Friday but haven't heard back from them yet.
Did you do any upgrades to your internals or driveshaft? I'm curious how much power I can push thru without breaking anything.
I'm not sure who tuned it originally but I'd really like to get a good dyno tune on it. Every so often when I'm cruising around 2,000 rpms it'll start to sputter like it's gagging for air. If I give it some gas it takes off fine and the problem goes away. Other than that it runs great, and the problem only happens periodically. I want to make sure i'm not gonna break anything, or that something isn't already broken. It only has 17k miles on it, so everything's relatively new.

Hellion kits for the Raptor are pretty much all the same with the exception of a few options. 5-6 lbs of boost is not going to hurt it at all...the internals and tranny should have no trouble with that much boost even if you horsebeat it around. A good dyno tune to match your use parameters and location will keep it safe. I think, based on my experience (I exploded mine pushing 12+ lbs), anything under 8 is pretty safe as long as you don't stay in it for an extended amount of time. 8 lbs of boost on a Raptor is pretty ridiculous.

Heat is the enemy. I run a CBR radiator in my Stage 2+ whipple truck. I also have the larger transmission cooler Ford installed on the Dubai Raptors.

Nice truck.
