Using my truck as the ginny pig to mock up the new long travel setup we have coming. Once we cycle everything, get the shock mounts done and make sure she's good to go. Kirks front end will be going under the knife.

The kit will feature a full fabricated SVC Upright, Lower Control Arm, Chromoly Steering Tie-Rods, and SVC Long Travel UCA.

Fox Racing Shox built us a custom 3.5" 3 Tube bypass shocks with a Fox 2.5" remote reservoir dual rate coil-over.

The front end should be cycling about 18"s of travel with the lower control arms outer pivot nearly in line with the hub center line. This should result in a setup that has excellent suspension geometry that should be very noticeable once all the shock tuning is complete.

For those wondering there will be a 4wd setup in the not to distant future.

As always, I'll keep you guys posted with updates.

Alright,

We were able to finish off nearly all of the back half tubes this morning and started to locate front shock mounts. Next up, get the lower links from laser, and begin work on the fuel cell.

Todays progress.
