The Velocity is priced higher with skins just like the Rebel, because once skins are included, in any bumper, the workload once again becomes immense. Each skin and skid plate is bolted on at least twice prior to leaving for powder coat to verify fitment and there is the obvious charges of the skin powder coat or the price of the Stainless Steel Mesh that comes into effect as well.
