Anyone else with this intake? How is your fit on top of the factory boot on of the box? Seems like the top intake portion just slides around on top of the box. I would have figured it sealed to the bottom. Everyone else getting the same results?

Ditto. Not sure what you're asking. I have no issue with fitment and nothing loose.

Sorry to clear it up. Does the intake move left to right freely with the 3 clips snapped on. Seems like the clips literally are just for looks.

OK, gotcha now. I went out and had a look. It takes a good bit of force to move mine side to side and I only have 2 clips attached as one broke a long time ago. Maybe make sure the box is pushed all the way to the right and seated.

Mine has a little play. It's not anything I've ever really been concerned with though.

Once I get my tuner issue straight and throw the intake back in I'm thinking about cutting up the factory filter to see if I can use the gasket to seal it better. It's literally slips on top of the factory bottom piece and I was expecting a perfect seal.

That's a good idea.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but since you posted its a 6.2 S&B intake and you're in the 5.4 forum, could that be the issue?
