Ford Scam on SVT Raptor, Dealers can do what they want.

Order is easy, get DORA, VIN, Build Date, Delivery, then deal with dealers trying to steal your truck to sell to highest bidder thats the %%^&*( fun of SVTs program, and you lose your deposit.
