It is a hi heat Vinyl wrap you could say that goes over that area to stop the light from shining through.
The halo is still lit under the covered portion.
ah, ok. So those are the Morimoto LED halos- just partially covered?

Damn, those are absolutely stunning lights. Can't decide which I like more, the amber or whites.

Well let's just say I might be opening my lights back up and adding sequentials. lol

The white Evil eyes pair up nice with the sequential turn signal upgrade.
It's not ALL amber lights up there, but the amber Evil eyes pair up nice with out the sequential and having the white LEDs in it's place.
Does that make sense?

I'd like the top portion white and the bottom amber. or what ever looks better.

I am also offering the option of up-graded HID bulbs as a 3000K "Yellow"
light which would be great for those dusty off road trails and snowy conditions.
