You should get the fogs for that I like the looks of them tho and some might not. I want the wheelens to help with big light out put, although don't really need them with the RSiworks now. But I like light.

Whelen Output Shots

Ok... @Shortbed asked for some output shots of the whelen micro pioneers mounted in the bumper with the @WSI bumper mount.

On Little Red, we have 4 whelen's mounted in the lower grill of the bumper. The two center are amber with the 8° spot lens and outer are the white with the 40°. x 8° lens.

I took shots facing forward with the camera in three positions.
1) on the driver side mirror
2) about 15 feet away from the driver side of the truck facing forward
3) turning about 45° towards the truck

Here are output shots of the:

40°. x 8° flood lens

I have to get my truck inspected next month and net to have any lights above 36" covered. I've add the Whelen's on WSI hood mounts, but need covers. Does anyone know of something that would work? I was even thinking a draw string bag of some sort? Ideas?
@WSI or @Theproperedneck do you know of any covers for the Whelen's?

How about unscrewing the four screws that hold in the lens... pulling out the lens and tracing that shape onto a piece of thick black construction paper cut it out put it in just in front of the plastic lens screw it back in the position.... instant blackout!
