Is there room behind the bell housing of the transmission for a pair of twins to tuck up? I assume you would go air/air for the intercooler, are you thinking about running a single FMIC with twin inlets and a single outlet or could you run twin intercoolers in the corners to prevent any possible cooling issues for the radiator? Not sure if these trucks have tranny or oil coolers in the corners already. Seems like for this amount of boost, properly sized twin intercoolers would suffice and not put any undo stresses on the cooling system of the truck since heats a killer especially for trucks that thrive in desert conditions. Twin side exit exhausts coming out in front of the rear tires tucked up nice and tight to the body to prevent any low points....just not sure about the intakes. You can't run a filter on the turbo like you would on a street car since it would get clogged in no time on an off-road truck, so that will be interesting to see how you design the intake system. Are you planning to include or build a fuel system upgrade as well? New pump, regulator, injectors? For 8psi and 600hp, I would assume the stock fuel lines are sufficient. A scavenge pump will have to be installed somewhere as well. Are you planning to tap the stock pan for the drain or is there an aftermarket oil pan already out there with a drain connectors and possibly an increased capacity?
