Will do. I have a 2012 with right at 50k on it.

Mine is also a 12' with 31,000 miles but over the 3 year period. Curious to know if it needs to be done if not showing any issues- and would the dealer cover the TSB

Hi Five-O Donut Hole,

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, TSBs are typically only covered during the 3 year/36,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty. Dealerships will usually want to diagnose and confirm that an issue exists prior to performing a service, but I encourage you to reach out to your service manager to verify. Let us know if you decide to head in.

well went to the closest ford dealership to me and was told that I cant make a appointment and its first come first serve and they are 5 days out from even taking a look at my truck. Looks like I'm going to have to wait to get back to Houston before this problem is solved and who knows how long that will be. AKA raptor grounded for a while.

Well she is finally in the shop. I will know more in a couple days. I seriously hope this is covered because this came at the worst possible time for me (stupid oil prices). Fingers crossed that the power train will cover it otherwise FML.

Well crystal the dealership has taken care of everything and I should have my truck back later today or Monday. I have had my explorer/fx4/ and raptor serviced @ Planet ford. They have always been good. Thank you for your help and I hope that this information will help others.

TSB 13-6-8 and A/C Smell and Hill Decent Fault

Had my 2012 in for A/C Chemical/bandaid smell 2 weeks ago..leaking evaporator core had it replaced.

Since getting it back I am throwing multiple codes and issues.

Hill Decent and Service Advanced Trac came first, got that a couple times
then symptoms of TSB 13-6-8

Start in high gear from a stop, speedometer reads 0, dash lines for mileage, seatbelt minder illuminated, service wrench, turn signals stay on even after completing turn.

Took it back to ford but they could not duplicate the symptoms after 2 days. Got it back and after about an hour of driving symptoms are back. Taking it back tomorrow. UHHHH
