Where are we at on the lightning style, black, dual exit setup? I'm about ready to pull the trigger on this setup and would rather not have to get a shop to fabricate this all for me if you guys are coming to a conclusion on this deal. Very interested in what you have to offer in this configuration.

If you were a touch closer to our factory we might take you up on that. We're just north of Toronto so it's a trek for you my friend.

As for the 2nd Gen Lightning Style exhaust. We're certainly listening to your input on exhaust but there are a few kinks were working out with this particular style system.

Lost of folks have asked for no drone and making a system in this style isn't conducive to providing such. We will continue playing around with muffler designs and locations to try and make this a viable option.

We are very involved with the technical aspects of any exhaust system we make. Things you can count on when we produce an exhaust system is it will fit correctly, it will sound great, and it WILL produce power. If we can't get a system to do all of these above, you won't see it with the MBRP name on it.

We are plugging right a long though and are finishing up some of our last rounds of testing.

Our Black Series for this truck is becoming a reality soon but it will be in our traditional cat back configuration first. We will then move on to our less traditional models.

Thanks for all the wonderful feedback and support. You guys are awesome.

Hey! How about a 34" stainless pipe to get rid of the factory resonator? No one makes that!
I'm in the GTA if you need a test truck, 6.2L S-Crew.

It's obviously louder than our standard exit catback exhaust. I think it's all personal preference at some point. I like my vehicles a touch louder than your average person and this certainly fits the bill. I love the way it sounds. You can still carry on a conversation inside the vehicle but it's certainly louder than a stock equipped truck.

I too fancy our turndown kits. I have one on my Super Duty.

I don't have a locked down date just yet...but I do believe we are just about to begin production so very soon. I would bet you could buy from any MBRP dealer in 30 days or less on the standard catback or TD kit.
