Hey guys.

I was talking to some fellow Raptor guys at the KHC open house about the wire harness that runs along the bottom of the drivers side front frame rail just behind the left front wheel. The harness from the factory hangs in the perfect spot to get tangled up in brush/trees, or get pinched between a rock and the frame, witch would end your day for sure!

Here is my approach on a very quick, cheep, and easy way to fix this.
You will need

1) 3 medium length wire ties.
2) 1 long length wire tie.
3) wire cutters/dikes
4) razor blade/knife

First thing to do is to remove the fist push clip that holds the harness to the frame just behind the body mount. this clip is long and allows the harness to hang.

Then remove the clip from the frame that is just behind the one you just removed.

Use your blade to cut the tape holding the clips to the harness so they are out of the way.

Take the long wire tie and snake it behind the body mount. Push the wire harness up next to the body mount and wire tie it in place.

Next take one short wire tie and put it behind the brake line clip behind the body mount. Secure the harness to this clip.

now look up behind the fender liner and you will see one more brake line clip. Take the last wire tie and put it behind, and secure the harness here.

Now your done. The harness is completely out of the way, and is easy to access if you ever need to trouble shoot any issues.
