What do you recommend on doing with the oil that's captured in the catch can?

get rid of it in the most ecoo friendly manner. You will be surprised at how fast the oil is collected. Check often

Good install video. But, it should be noted that on a normally aspirated 6.2L, the separator sits directly on the coil pack. This should not be a problem according to JTL. I like the fact that it is more accessible on the OP's Roush motor, on mine, you need to get up on the tire and reach in to check it.
