Yes, you will need 2 of each. If you want to do both seats.

Here is the only part number I could find for the cushion pad. There is one more seat pad. If you pull this one up, can can VIEW DIAGRAM and pull up the other.

Seat pad: CL3Z-1864811-A

The seat pads are different left and right, at least the web site has both. On the web site I ordered from, you can search for the part number and also put in 2012 F-150 SVT raptor in the vehicle section and it will find the correct part. You can click on VIEW DIAGRAM and it will pull up the variations for that part. There are several options, and I am still not sure which I ordered the first and second order explained above.

Thanks Trevor. I ended up ordering from Lakelandfordparts.com because the other site didn't work when I place the order. I'm hoping to install them next week as the parts finally arrived in the UAE. I will try the driver side first and see if it works.

There must be more parts to add to below if you would like to utilize the OEM switch panel. My 2011 has the space for the cooled seats button, but it is just a plastic piece. if I used the below parts with a new switch panel with the cooled option buttons, would it work?

Lower blower - 8A5Z-19N550-B
Back blower - 8A5Z-19N550-A

Ducts used in 2nd option
BC3Z-18D507-A
BC3Z-18D507-B

Should work with new switch panel if you could figure out the correct factory wiring. That might be a challenge.
