I have a question.

Are the hood graphics the same as the side graphics with that splattered paint look? I've seen different pictures, some with the splattered paint look and some with just a black look on top of the truck's paint job.

No.
Bedside splattered or "Digital Mud" graphics were only for the 2010-2011 Raptor.
for 2012-2013 The Bedside graphics are a solid Satin/matte black.

The hood graphics are all solid with the change in color from a satin black to matte black... They also display F150 SVT Raptor.
