I am but not for much longer. After Jan 1 Instagram/Facebook reserve the right to sell any of your photos. Let's see how that works out for them...

I just read this in the update of the notification inside the Instagram app. If you read the whole thing it really clarifies everything.

Update. Instagram just announced they will not be selling your pics. After a major amount of people deleting their accounts.
