Was emailed today that he has an invoice but no ship date yet. He would check up on it tomorrow. Hoping that it will be shipped soon.

My guess is Maryland Speed waits until they have enough orders that they qualify for bulk pricing, you guys are probably gonna be waiting a very long time now that the place they sold Raptor parts from has shut them down..

Waited 80 days and still getting the same nonsense from this jack-wagon on where my shit is.

We have a big batch of these going in the next 2-3 days. It's not a matter of us being "Lazy Asses". Its a matter that we are cheapest, and we state in the order terms that orders for these take longer, are not cancelable, and are bulk ordered. That said, I cannot release the exhaust under the threat of an open chargeback. We win 85% of chargebacks, but on the 30% we lose (because of some odd bank rule, or shipping to a non billing address), we lost $20K in merchandise last year. People just kept the stuff, and wont return our calls. Because of that, we have had to have a policy of when there is an open chargeback, or a threat of one, we put the pencil down and see if we win. Then ship the part. That can be 90 days later.

That said, I don't want a dispute..and I have no problem agreeing to a dropdead date where we ship the part, or issue a refund, but it needs to be more than 24 hours. Maybe by next Monday.

Not only do they have supply issues, but apparently they don’t do math good either.

Win 85% of chargebacks? Bad math aside they are full of shit on that one, it’s nearly impossible to win those

spoke with him today....closed for holiday but said tomorrow or Wednesday will have shipping
