HELP. SW Rear exit. Where do the tail pipe hangers bolt on?

Installing a Stainless Works rear/bumper system. Truck's in the air and needs to be on the road in the morning. SW is closed for the night.

What do the tail pipe hangers bolt to? I bolted them to the bumper, but that doesn't look right..... I heard something about the spring hangers.....

Anyone have a picture?

People weren't kidding when they said the instructions are useless.....
