hey, everyone. I'm fairly new to the forum, but I thought I'd share my little project. I've heard all of the arguments as to why it doesn't make sense to build a raptor out of a regular f150. Sometimes logic can't be your only reason for a build. I loved my Terrain 2013 Raptor, but traded it in for an F250 for towing the trailer. I loved the looks and ride of the raptor, but dreamed of what the truck would be like with more power and less weight. Now I know. The regular cab started life as a 2014 race red stx 4x4 with the 5.0. I scrounged for everything take-off from a raptor to come up with what you see here. It's all ford except for the bed sides, which are Fiberwerx. I even shortened a set of crew cab steps so they'd fit. I topped it off with a roush phase 2 supercharger.

nice

Nice job! I can only imagine the time and work that went into finding parts and building. Looks like it was worth it.

Well, that just looks friggin' awesome!!! I bet that thing is super fast.

Have you had it out in the dirt yet? Get any air? How about some interior shots?

Looking forward to seeing some action shots / video and maybe seeing you at a run.

Nice job!!!

Thanks. I haven't had a chance to take it Offroad yet. Interior is still stock. I have take-off raptor leather that's being installed next week.
