Uploading photos must be fat 32

I wanted to upload a photo to customize my backround on my 2010 Raptor touch screen but found it would not accept the file thru a USB? I also read that photos were required to be loaded in FAT 32 format and on CD disk? Can anyone confirm if this is true and if so how would you go about converting a photo taken with your phone and covert to FAT 32?

Not sure about the fat32 but you will have to use a disk. May be some info in this thread to help ya out.

Thanks, i tried the disk but it couldn't read the file.
