Sync/Nav screen dead!

Anyone else had this issue?

The sync/nav screen doesn't come on at all. i can hear the radio (the station it was on when it died). I can control the volume with the knob and the control on the steering wheel...but no other controls work on the right side of the wheel. No changing stations - even with the buttons below the screen.

I took it to the dealer this morning. The guy said there is no "reset" for the screen. It seems to be more than just a bad screen since none of the other controls/features work. Haven't heard back from them yet.

Less than 2 months in the new ride and it already took a dump. Frustrating! At least the station it is stuck on is not my wife's Christmas music!

try unplugging the radio and let it sit for a few minutes before plugging it back in

If you cycle the display button enough it will go black. Maybe someone accidentally hit that?

Would be very Lol if that was the case and the dealer couldn't figure it out
