Programming Icom radio

I just bought a used hand held ICOM F-3011, How do you program these things? What needs to be done to get it programmed?

The dealer you got it from should have asked you what to program??
Most all of this type commercial radio has to be programed with a computer running Icom software.
A specific duty radio such as a race radio would come already programed.
Maybe find a dealer that will program for you, usually for a fee.

Try going to PCI, I bet they will hook you up.
