No volume on radio

So I start my truck this morning and the volume doesn't work! It seems as none of the buttons work as well. The touch screen works... Just the vl and the buttons don't. The buttons are luminated so they have power... I also tried turning the volume thru the steering wheel and the screen says "maximum volume". I even tried turning the power off but again the buttons are not responding.

Disconnect your battery for a few minutes and see if the 'system' reboots. My navi/radio/media unit has quirks all the time and remember it's really a small computer if you will. Sometimes a simple shut down works for me....good luck
