Any ideas on why the previous owner would install a NAVTV unit and a PAC Audio unit?

I can’t tell, but maybe I haven’t researched it enough. I’m kind of wondering if they didn’t have an aftermarket entertainment system installed and one or the other didn’t handle both. Still digging into the truck.

Isnt that the device you use so you can use the navigation while in motion? By the way you are lucky. That is pretty pricey I believe.

Yes. Both devices allow navigation control. They also allow full time use of the front camera and rear camera regardless of speed.

I'm still wondering why both would be installed. I would assume all you would need is the NAVTV. Unless the pac audio is being used for some sort of rear entertainment for the truck that was removed.
