OK guys I'm going to tackle this tomorrow. Where did you run the remote wire? From behind the rear seat up the c pillar and under the headliner or along the floor and up the A pillar?

You would think running it up the C Pillar across the headliner would be the better option to keep the wire away from other wires in the truck. I know it's a display wire, and little chance of getting any interference from other systems, but better safe IMO.

You are probably right but getting behind the A pillar seemed easier so I went that route. The remote cable was just long enough. Now I just need to drill the roof and run the coax and I'm done.

I had planned to have the mic hanging on a retractable cord from the mirror or overhead console as I currently do with my mic but the TK790H mic weighs a ton. Would make a serious projectile in an accident. May have to reconsider something mounted lower.
