I have about 57k on mine. Was Ford certified pre-owned, one owner prior to me (I purchased at ~50k miles).
Mine will be going in next Tuesday.

Hi Crystle, what amazing customer service. Was telling my friends about how you found the thread haha.
Well, I took it in today (Palmetto Ford in Miami if I'm able to say). They are outstanding - I've done one oil change with them prior. They inspected the amp and speakers while concluding the door speaker was indeed out. They confirmed my warranty covers the speaker and said I can come back next Monday for an install. Model year 2011 and drives like its brand new!
Hopefully I can update the thread next week with a confirmation that everything is good!

Hi all I have a 2014 that had the passanger speaker blown. I think the driver side is going too now. I also have the extended warranty and they took care of it under that. Took a little while to get the part, which leads me to believe I'm not the only one with this problem, but once in it took no time. As Noah has stated these systems are pretty crappy for such a high cost vehicle. Pretty sure the chrysler 200s I had was better and the jeep grand cherokee sure blows it away.

Install went well - sound system is back in operation, the dealer had my truck right up front and cleaned. Apparently they only service 2-3 Raptors, so they like to take care of them.
