That's good news however my understanding is that you CANNOT install that from camera because when you turn it on, you will see both images (front and back) at the same time.

Has there been an update for the lock pic?

I spoke with Lock Pic about six months ago and yet told me that even though there is an input for the front camera, one would not work because of the double image.

Can someone confirm?

To clarify, I'm referring to using a front camera with a factory installed rear camera with nav

I wish you luck with your Lock Pick. Don't crash while you are messing with all that stuff while driving!

When using the lock pick, you press and hold the phone button on your steering wheel for about 3 sec, then the display shows on your nav screen asking you, veiw front camera, y or n, press the button again and the next menu shows veiw rear camera y or n, and so on, I know when I play with this function and select front camera nothing but black screen being no camera hooked up yet, don't think there would be a problem with factory rear and aftermarket front but ,the camera is offered through CAMERA-SOURSE.COM, you can call and talk to chris. I purchased the lockpick and camera from him, so Im using aftermarket front and rear, and all his camera's are plug and play to the lock pick, coastalteck are the one's who sent me to him for the rear camera set up.

I'm interested to know if anyone can confirm for certain whether or not the Lockpick will work with a factory rear AND an aftermarket front camera. When I read the install directions it sounded like an either/or situation.

here, on frf
nav-tv units will work with both OEM cameras, but are twice the price of lockpick. lockpick however does not have an oem front camera bypass. you should be able to switch back and forth between front and rear camera with the lockpick unit

But they do sell a front camera that is identical to the OEM camera in the exact same grill location. Doesnt work well with an ADD bumper, but I can see if I knocked my bumper off anytime I want.
