Let me try and save folks having this issue the time and headaches..
Called Ford Sync v3.8 has been pulled due to creating more problems then solving.
Forget the dealer..this is software, not hardware issue
Backed up the iphone through iTunes and did a factory restore.
Re-pair the vanilla iphone with raptor..everything works as it should
Restored iphone from backup..re-pair iphone with truck.. iphone will not sync
Started deleting aps and after 2-3 deletes found the culprit..Must have been a conflict with latest ios
Used today and all is back to normal..
