here, on frf
its all aftermarket. trying to install the oem system in the vehicle when it was never installed will cost you an arm, leg,and kidney. pioneer and alpine have some good units out. alpine has the perfect fit kit which allows the use of their 8" nav unit. although pioneer has a better user interface

Same 2011OEM system as the OP. Went with a Kenwood DNX890HD with idatalink Maestro controller. It let's you keep Ford Sync intact and ties into your OBDII with 2 wires so you pick up all sorts of data to display like tire pressures, various engine sensors, etc. It has garmin based navi, Pandora integration and I forget how many band EQ. Very nice unit. It's plug and play with the stock Sony system. The stock speakers aren't very good but just changing the headunit is probably a 10X improvement.

I also got the stock audio system knowing I would be putting in an after market system. I currently have the new Alpine unit and love it.

Here is the Pioneer NAV which I had installed first. Was also very nice. I agree the user interface is better with the Pioneer but the features and NAV system are better with the Alpine (except voice control).

I also can not figure out how to stream video (netflix and Amazon) to the Alpine system which was easy to do with the Pioneer.
